Ms. Godfrey is an associate with the firm. Her current practice focuses on medical malpractice defense at both the trial and appellate levels. Ms. Godfrey represents physicians, hospitals, nurses, and healthcare facilities in cases alleging medical negligence.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Godfrey worked as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in the City of Norfolk, Virginia, where she handled violent and non-violent felony and misdemeanor cases at the trial court level.

Ms. Godfrey graduated from Regent University School of Law in 2023. While at Regent, she served as a Senior Editor of the Journal for Global Justice and Public Policy and as a member of the Trial Advocacy Board. Ms. Godfrey graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2019 with a B.A.

Ms. Godfrey was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 2023.
